The merchandise is shipped in cardboard packaging and is accompanied by an invoice.
The delivery times given on the site www.ecoworldhotel.com are estimated based on product availability, order processing and the delivery times declared by the carrier. Unless otherwise agreed, items will be shipped using Poste Italiane.

We remind you that the package is delivered to the address indicated in the order.
If you are not there to receive it, two free delivery attempts are foreseen. If you are not available in both cases, you can retrieve your package from the post office indicated in the notice left by the courier.
Our couriers deliver during normal working hours (9-17); for this reason, we advise you to enter a specific delivery address where someone will definitely be there. For rural locations, we ask that you provide a telephone number when you place the order to facilitate the task of our couriers.
All of our products are shipped in adequate packaging.
Nonetheless, we strongly suggest that you always check the number of parcels and that they are in good condition. If you find defects, contest them immediately with the courier, notifying us promptly of what happened. In this case, the replacement and shipping costs will be entirely at our expense.
In the case of partial availability, we may deliver the products requested in a single order in several shipments.
