Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02,
EcoWorldHotel is responsible in the consumer’s regard for any conformity defect existing at the time the merchandise is delivered.
A conformity defect may be found for:

internal damage from transport not found at the time of receipt; |

wrong shipment. |
To exercise this right you will need:

specifying the cause or nature of the defect and in which exact point it is found. |

provide for shipment of the product, using any courier or as a postal package with a non-registered presentation letter, carefully packed in its original package, together with all of its parts (
including the package and any documentation and additional contents: manuals, wires, etc...)
to EcoWorldHotel Srl – via Filippo Baldinucci, 3/E - 20158 Milano. |
Returned goods must be delivered directly and exclusively to EcoWorldHotel Srl, and the shipping costs for returning the goods are at the customer’s expense.
This warranty will not apply in the case of negligence, improper use and maintenance of the product, connection of the purchased item to any electrical or other systems not up to code.
In the case of a conformity defect, you will have the right to have the item’s conformity restored through repair or replacement, without additional costs, or at an appropriately reduced price, or to contract termination.
