Is registration at the site www.ecoworldhotel.com necessary?
No.
Site registration is not necessary to make a reservation. Only if you are a hotel operator affiliated with the EcoWorldHotel group, by entering your user name and password in the RESERVED AREA, at the upper right corner of the site, you can view all of the dedicated products and the special price for you.

Where do I need to enter my eco-card code?
If you have an Eco-card, enter the code in the ECO-CARD box in the strip to the right and click. You will immediately see the price of all discounted products. You can also apply the Eco-card discount right before confirming your order by entering your code in the field in the CART section.

How can I order items?
In the EcoWorldHotel Shop, you can order on-line 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed within 48 hours.
Ordering is easy and safe:

enter the EcoWorldHotel virtual store;

surf and choose the products that interest you most;

to place the items you want to purchase in your cart, select ADD TO CART in the product sheet. You can delete an item added to your cart or change the quantity at any time;

in the case of changes to the order, check that the new order is updated by clicking on the UPDATE button;

once the order has been confirmed, fill out the form with your personal information and preferred payment method:

in the case of payment by Credit Card, you will be directed to the bank server through an SSL encrypted connection, which guarantees the safety of the transaction and the privacy of the information entered. Complete the bank form with the required information, following the instructions provided step by step. All of the information sent is absolutely confidential;
2. in the case of payment by Bank Transfer, you will have to make payment in advance. You will be informed by e-mail of receipt of payment, and only then we will process your order.

How can I know if EcoWorldHotel has received my order?
If in the ORDER CONFIRMATION section of the CART, the following text appears: “The order was sent correctly. You will receive an e-mail with the order reminder at the e-mail address: XYZ”, this means that your order was processed correctly and registered by the Ordering Service.

Can I place an order by e-mail?
No. Orders must be placed exclusively using the on-line procedures on the site www.ecoworldhotel.com. If you need help in placing an order, you can contact our Ordering Service by e-mail (info@ecoworldhotel.com) and provide us with a telephone number where we can call you.

Can I place an order by telephone, fax or e-mail, giving you my credit card information?
No, the EcoWorldHotel Ordering Service operators are not authorized to accept credit card information from any customer by telephone, fax or e-mail. The customers, themselves, at the time of the on-line order, will connect to their own bank’s server and provide all of the necessary information. We remind you that all connections for bank transactions are guaranteed by HTTPS protocols.

Is there a minimum order that must be placed to use the service?

How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases with a Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
You can choose the payment method after viewing the products in your cart and their respective prices and having, therefore, given order confirmation.
In the case of payment by Bank Transfer, the order number must be indicated in the reason for payment.

Can I use a credit card that is not mine?
Of course. You will have to enter the name of the credit card holder.

I am not able to correctly complete a transaction using CartaSi.
To correctly carry out a Credit Card transaction, you must follow these easy steps:
-check that the Credit Card used for the purchase is one from the Maestro, MasterCard, VISA and Amex circuit;
-enter the 16 digits of your Credit Card number, given on the card itself;
-enter the Credit Card expiration date (month and year), as given on the Card itself;
-enter the 3 or 4 digit security code (CVV or CVC) found on your credit card;
-
click on the CONFIRM button to send the transaction.
The information arrives in encrypted form to the Bank’s internet site, which will verify the Credit Card usage limits.
Notification of purchase authorization is sent by e-mail.
If you signed up for a safety system (Verified by Visa or Secure Code), this is when holder authentication takes place by entering a personal password.
We remind you that CartaSi transactions take place in safe mode (SSL).
Therefore, EcoWorldHotel has NO WAY TO CHECK, for safety and privacy reasons, the information entered in the purchase form. Therefore, we also have NO WAY OF KNOWING THE REASONS for which the Bank rejects a request.
In general, the reasons for refusing a transaction are:
1)
the use of a credit card not accepted by the system;
2)
an error in the information entered;
3)
exceeding the available credit limit.
With regard to the last possibility, it could happen that Cartasi freezes a card for several days, for a set amount, if the holder has an online transaction under way with an e-commerce service, even if the transaction has not yet been definitively completed.
In addition, it is possible that a transaction is refused by the system due to saturation problems with the bank computer circuit. Therefore, we suggest that, after checking for possible errors in the information you entered, you try ordering again a few hours after the unsuccessful attempt.
If the problem continues, we advise that you contact your Card provider directly in order to rule out any problems tied to its proper functioning. After this, try to place a new order. If the result is unsuccessful also in this case, contact our Customer Support through the “contact us” area of the site. We will try to find an alternative solution.

Is it possible to receive an invoice?
Of course, every product is invoiced. It will be sent to you by e-mail.

Is it possible to receive the invoice for purchased goods made out to someone other than the recipient?
No problem. When placing the order, enter the invoicing information (company or professional details, including VAT Id and/or Tax Id Number). In the Notes Field, instead, you can indicate a delivery address if it is different from the invoice address. The purchase can even be made with a credit card in the name of someone other than the one who placed the order.

Can I change an order already sent?
No.

What happens if some of the ordered products are not available when the order is being prepared?
Always check product availability before purchasing. If you have chosen products that are not available, your order will be blocked until we receive a new supply. However, you will be contacted promptly by our customer service center.

I would like to purchase the product XYZ. How many days will it take for it to be delivered to me?
You will find the expected delivery times within each product’s technical information sheet. These are estimated based on product availability, order processing and the delivery times declared by the carrier. In the event that the order cannot be processed within the set times, the assistance service will take care of contacting you promptly.

How is delivery made?
EcoWorldHotel uses the services of Poste Italiane for its national deliveries. The package is delivered to the address indicated in the order. If no one is there to receive it, two free delivery attempts are foreseen. If you are not available in both cases, you can retrieve your package from the post office indicated in the notice left by the courier.

Are there limits for delivery, such as amount and weight and package size?
There are no limits for the number of packages to be sent, but each parcel must not exceed:

50 kg maximum weight;

220 cm total as the sum of the lengths of the three dimensions;

140 cm for the longest side.
The cost varies according to the number of products purchased and their total weight.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The package is delivered to the address indicated in the order. If no one is there to receive it, two free delivery attempts are foreseen. If you are not available in both cases, you can retrieve your package from the post office indicated in the notice left by the courier.

Can I provide a delivery address that is different from the address in the invoice?
No problem. When placing the order, enter the invoicing information. In the Notes field, specify the delivery address and the recipient name, if different from the one already provided.

What do I need to do when I receive the ordered goods?
When you receive your goods, we advise that you check:

that the number of delivered parcels corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note;

that the packaging is whole, and not damaged, wet or modified in any way.
Any damages to the goods or non-correspondence of the number of packages with respect to those ordered must be contested immediately with the courier.
