Internet product sales are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68) which regulates distance contracts, that is, those made outside of commercial premises.
This legislation sanctions the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the price paid.
This right is reserved exclusively to physical persons (consumers); therefore, it cannot be exercised by legal persons or physical persons acting for purposes related to any business activities they may perform. To exercise this right, you must:
- send, within 10 working days of receiving the goods, written notice by a registered letter with return receipt to EcoWorldHotel Srl – via Filippo Baldinucci 3/E – 20158 Milan. This notice must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase contract and the products for which you intend to exercise this right;
- give advance notice of this via e-mail or at no. +39.02.69001814;
- provide for shipment of the product, using any courier, carefully packed in its original package, together with all of its parts (including the package and any documentation and additional contents: manuals, wires, etc.).
Returned goods must be delivered directly and exclusively to EcoWorldHotel Srl, and the shipping costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
To limit damage to the original package, we strongly recommend, whenever possible, that you place it inside another box. In any case, attachment of labels or tape directly to the product’s original packaging should be avoided.
EcoWorldHotel Srl is not in any way responsible for damage to or theft/loss of returned goods.
In the case of damage to the item during transport, you will receive notice of the fact (within 5 working days of receipt of the item by our warehouses), to allow you to file a claim promptly with the chosen courier and receive reimbursement for the item’s value (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to you for its return, cancelling the withdrawal request.
Without prejudice to any expenses for damages assessed to the original package, we will provide for refunding you the entire amount already paid, within 30 days of return of the goods, through a reversal of the amount invoiced or via Bank Transfer.
In the latter case, you will have to provide us in a timely manner with the bank coordinates for receiving the refund ( ABI - CAB – IBAN Codes – Bank account of the person invoiced).
| The right of withdrawal is nonetheless subject to the following mandatory conditions: |

the right applies to the purchased product as a whole. It is not possible to withdraw only for a part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories); |
|
the item must be undamaged and returned by the customer in its original package, together with all of its parts (including the package and any documentation and additional contents: manuals, wires, etc.); |
|
the item subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number indicated in the invoice; |
|
shipping, until receipt by our warehouse is certified, is under your full responsibility; |
The right of withdrawal is forfeited due to lack of the fundamental requirement of good condition of the item (package and/or its content):

external packaging and/or original internal package missing;

absence of the product’s additional contents (accessories, wires, manuals, parts…) or
-
abnormalities of the product itself;
-
damage to the product from causes other than transport.
In the case in which the right of withdrawal is forfeited, we will provide for returning the purchased product to you, charging for the shipping costs.
