These general conditions of sale govern the sale of the products marketed by Ecoworldhotel.com.
We ask that you read this document carefully and take note of the purchase, payment, delivery and withdrawal conditions found in the general information and assistance section, insofar as they are to be considered an integral part of this agreement.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The agreement stipulated between EcoWorldHotel and the Customer is considered to be concluded upon acceptance, in whole or in part, of the order by EcoWorldHotel srl, who reserves the right to accept the order at its sole discretion. Acceptance is implicit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means.
By making an order through any of the various means provided, the Customer declares to have taken note of the indications given during the purchasing process, and to accept the general and payment conditions in their entirety.
If the Customer is an end consumer (that is, a physical person who purchases goods for uses not related to his/her own profession or business), once the on-line purchasing process has been completed, he/she must print out or save an electronic copy of these general conditions of sale, which must be kept, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/05 concerning distance or mail-order purchases.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
All parts of the ecoworldhotel.com site are carefully designed and maintained; however, our services are based on information provided directly from the supplier/manufacturer.
EcoWorldHotel is therefore not responsible in any way for the information, data and technical or other incorrect specifications which could be found on the site.
Any right of the Customer to an indemnity or compensation for damages is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things caused by the failure to accept an order, whether in whole or in part.
EcoWorldHotel is not responsible for any damages or losses to the Customer's computer caused by the improper use of the service or the inability to use the same.
Furthermore, EcoWorldHotel is not liable for any problem, loss or damage caused by the user’s own default.
