In all ecoworldhotel.com orders, the final price includes VAT and shipping costs.
We accept two payment methods:
Advance payment by bank transfer
Payment with Credit Cards
1. If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer you will receive an e-mail with the exact amount to pay and all of the information necessary for making the bank transfer.
The bank transfer must be made within 3 working days after placement of the order (on penalty of cancellation of the same).
What you have ordered, then, remains reserved for 3 working days.

The merchandise is sent only after payment has been received. The reason listed must indicate:
- the order number;
- the date on which the order was processed;
- the name and surname of the person who placed the order.
Your order will be processed only when we receive the transferred amount, so the bank delay mentioned above should be added to the delivery time estimate.
2.In the event you choose to pay with a Credit Card,
we remind you that we accept all of the cards from the Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Amex circuit.
You will be directed to the CartaSi X-PAY platform through an encrypted (SSL) connection that guarantees the safety of the transaction and the privacy of your credit card information.
Please fill out the form with all of the information required by the bank form, following the instructions provided step by step.
All Credit Card orders are subjected to verification and approval directly by the corresponding bank circuits before being processed.
If you signed up for a safety system (Verified by Visa or Secure Code),
this is also when authentication by the credit card holder takes place by entering a personal password.
Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by e-mail.
These verifications generally require 24 hours, which should be added to the time estimated for order processing.
You will not be charged a supplement for credit card payment.
EcoWorldHotel reserves the right to require its Customers to send a copy of documentation proving to whom the card used belongs. Without this requested documentation, it has the right not to accept the order.
NOTE:
Delivery personnel is not authorized to accept cash in any way (tips, etc.).
