With you explicit consent, the data requested at the time of booking will be directly communicated, via a secure encrypted system, to the lodging properties you have chosen, with the only purpose to complete booking and to provide the necessary information as well as the requested services. You do not need to register with www.ecoworldhotel.com even to activate your Eco-Card. You will only be asked to provide your e-mail address in case we need to contact you.Providing your information for statistical purposes is at your discretion. CREDIT CARD Once the booking has been completed, your credit card information will be sent directly to the hotel via an HTTPS encrypted system. Your information will only be accessible by the selected hotel, through a special page in the area reserved for hoteliers. EcoWorldHotel cannot be held responsible in any case for the improper use of information by hotels, which, in such event, shall be the sole entities responsible to the user and/or third parties. The method used to transmit credit card information is secure and protected, in that it prevents transmitted data from being intercepted and accessed by other unauthorised parties.Therefore, you should not send your credit card information by fax or e-mail, as these methods are not secure. REQUESTS ACCORDING TO LAW If requested to do so by a court of law, government or law enforcement agencies, EcoWorldHotel Srl will be required to provide the personal information of its users. The company may also make available the personal information of its users when it deems this necessary to protect its own rights or assets.
