3. How do I find the city or resort where I wish to stay?
You should select the ”Bookings Section” on the home page at www.ecoworldhotel.com.By clicking directly on the map, you will be able to access a page where you can enter the name of the city or resort that you are looking for in the field “where would you like to go”, then click on “go”.
Alternatively, you can complete the field “where would you like to go” directly on the home page. You should enter the name of the city or resort and then click on “go”.

4. How can I check room availability at a hotel for the period that I am interested in?
After identifying the city or resort that you are interested in, you should indicate your arrival date (by selecting the date after clicking on the button with the calendar icon) in the section “check availability”, the number of nights you wish to stay at the hotel, and the number of rooms you would like to book by room type.Then, click on the “search” button.The system will list available hotels, which you can then sort by rate and category.

5. The hotel that meets my needs has availability. How can I book it?
After clicking on the “book” button in the section for the hotel that you have chosen, select the room type that you prefer. Then continue by clicking again on “book.
At this stage, in order to proceed with your booking, you will be required to enter your personal information (first name, last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), your Eco-Card code (if you already have the card) and your credit card information (which will be sent to the hotel to guarantee your booking).
Please note that your personal data will be sent to the hotel via a secure server, which ensures data confidentiality and protection.
At this stage of the booking process, you can submit comments or special requests using the “notes” field.
Before confirming your booking, please read the hotel’s cancellation terms carefully, as well as the “General Conditions”.
You can now continue by selecting the “book” button. You will be taken to the page with the “booking summary” where you will find your booking code. We recommend that you to print and save this pageYou will also receive a copy of the summary with the code by e-mail.

6. How long does it take before I receive a reply to my booking request ?
The www.ecoworldhotel.com systemallows you to book available hotel rooms immediately. After booking, you will receive an e-mail from ecoworldhotel.com containing a summary and final confirmation of the booking.

WARNING: To ensure that you receive the confirmation e-mail, please ensure that your e-mail address has been entered correctly.

7. What should I do if I do not receive a booking confirmation e-mail?
If you have saved your booking code, you can enter it in the “Booking Code” field in the “Change Booking” section. In this section you can view your booking summary and, if necessary, print a copy of the summary. If you have not saved your booking code, click on the section “your booking” on the home page.
After entering your e-mail address (WARNING: this should be the same e-mail address that you used to make the booking) in the section “I have lost my booking code”, select the “request code” button. You will receive a copy of your booking code by e-mail.

If the above procedure does not help, this means that the booking process was unsuccessful and you should make a new booking.

8. What should I do if I lose my booking code?
You should click on the section “your booking” on the home page.After entering your e-mail address (WARNING: this should be the same e-mail address that you used to make the booking) in the section “I have lost my booking code”, then select the “request code” button. You will receive your booking code by e-mail.

9. Can I cancel a booking that has already been confirmed ?
Yes, you can.
You will need to click on the section “your booking” on the home page.After entering your e-mail address and your booking code, select the “cancel” button. You will then be able to display a summary of the booking information and proceed with cancellation of the booking confirmation by clicking on the “cancel” button.
Your booking will be cancelled automatically by the system .

WARNING: You can cancel a confirmed booking without penalty using the above procedure only if the cancellation is within the cancellation terms applied by the hotel (the “cancellation terms” are shown in the booking summary confirmation e-mail).

10. Can I cancel a booking by e-mail ?
No, you can not.
Ecoworldhotel.com does not accept cancellation requests by e-mail, even if these are submitted before late cancellation terms apply.

WARNING: If a different cancellation procedure is used than the one described above, Ecoworldhotel.com will not be held responsible for any penalties charged to a credit card by the hotel that has been booked.

11. Can I change a confirmed booking?
Yes, you can.
You will need to click on the section “your booking” on the home page. After entering your e-mail address and your booking code, select the “change” button. You will be able to change the following:

- the accommodation type;
- the period of your stay;
- any specific requests you made at the time of initial booking.

12. What do “cancellation terms” and “cancellation policy” mean?
Individual hotels may apply a maximum time limit for cancelling the reservation without paying a penalty.
If a reservation is cancelled after this time limit, the hotel can charge your credit card with a penalty fee to refund unsold rooms.
Individual hotels decide both the maximum time limit for cancelling a reservation without paying a penalty, as well as the amount of any penalty fee.

13. Why does EcoWorldHotel require credit card information?
Your credit card information is required to guarantee your online booking.
EcoWorldHotel will not charge any amounts to your credit card.
You will pay the hotel directly for your stay.
Charges are only applied by the hotel.
Penalties may be applied by a hotel only for no-shows or late cancellations.

17. My credit card has been charged. What is this charge?
For guarantee reasons, some hotels make a “pre-authorization”.This involves allocating an amount on the credit card that is equivalent to the cost for one night’s stay, or the total cost for the stay.
Once the validity of the credit card has been confirmed, the temporarily allocated amount will be released within one month.

A twin room has 2 separate single beds, while a double room has one double bed.
