The website lists all environmentally-friendly lodgings in the the EcoWorldHotel Group. These properties are required to meet certain operating requirements to provide an environmentally-friendly, quality service.
Select the property where you would like to stay, check availability and prices and then make your online booking.If necessary, reservations can be changed and/or cancelled, but only in accordance with the conditions specified under points 2 and 3 below and the cancellation policy of individual hotels.The contractual relationship of the hotel booking will be solely between the user and the hotel, to the exclusion of any involvement on the part of EcoWorldHotel.

as they may amend availability and rates at any time.All prices shown on www.ecoworldhotel.com are per room per night.

2. CREDIT CARD
|
Credit card information is required to guarantee online bookings. This information is sent directly to the hotel via HTTPS encrypted technology.
EcoWorldHotel will not apply any charges for credit card bookings.
Payment for your stay is made directly to the hotel.
Penalties may be applied by the hotel solely in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
During certain high-season periods, hotels may require a deposit.These periods, as well as deposit percentages, are shown in the hotel cancellation policy.
In order to guarantee reservations, some hotels apply a “pre-authorization”.
This involves allocating an amount on the credit card account either for the cost of one night’s stay, or for the total cost of the stay. Once the validity of the credit card has been confirmed, the temporarily allocated amount will be released within one month.

3. CANCELLATION
|
A confirmed reservation may only be cancelled in accordance with the terms applied by the hotel for cancellations without penalties.
If you cancel your reservation beyond these terms, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge an amount that in most cases is equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay.The “cancellation terms” are shown in the booking confirmation and summary e-mail.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Although we do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of our website at www.ecoworldhotel.com, our services are based on information provided by the hotels.
The hotels may amend availability information and rates at any time. Therefore, hotels are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of information.
We cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused to your computer as a result of using or not being able to use the online booking service.
As there is no charge for using this service, and given that EcoWorldHotel undertakes to adopt all measures that can be reasonably expected to prevent access to personal information by third parties, as well as correct operation of the website, EcoWorldHotel shall not be held liable for any damages or financial loss, including costs related to finding alternative accommodation, resulting from any malfunction of the online booking system.
If your reservation cannot be found upon your arrival at the hotel, the hotel shall be responsible for locating alternative accommodation of the same category and cost.
In addition, we cannot be held liable for any problem, loss or damage due to negligence on the part of the user. |
